Eva Olsson

The Holocaust, a terrible event that happened from April 1933-May 1945, happened because of hate, a thing that nobody should do. Most people say the word hate every day but they don't really mean it, to be honest i say the word hate practically everyday, about simple matters like, I hate anchovies on my pizza, or i hate the cold and the rain. But in truth i don't like anchovies on my pizza, and I don't like the cold and the rain. And that's exactly what Eva Olsson a Holocaust survivor came to talk to us about.

Eva Olssn's story is a sad one, that affected many people, after the war she didn't talk about it for 50 years it's so sad. Imagine seeing all the things that she has seen, been through, from what she said, almost literally hell. What would you have done, if at every minute, of every day, for 12 years you were worried that you would die.

The terrible things that Hitler did could not have been done without bi-standers, if people didn't just stand and watch as all those people get shipped to concentration camps then there would be many more people walking on this earth today.

Hate, you should never do it, watch it, or even say it. That is what Eva Olsson came here to say, so that we could be aware.
